The Memwa Project is a hardware project from Staring Lizard. The hardware that he developed is a replacement for the Commodore C64. The MCU is an STM32F407, the display controller is an SSD1963, the memory is a H27UBG8T2BTRBC and a the display is an 7" TFT 4-WRT.
